There are a lot of threads talking about impacket, assuming this is for Archtype.
There are a few things that could be causing the problem here.
- secretsdump.py error after update · Issue #99 · fortra/impacket · GitHub
- Possibly a version conflict between python2 and python3
- Possibly the version of impacket you have is broken
