after uploading the exe file of netcat through webshell and then I change the url of the site to get the reverse shell, I opened the netcat listner but I am not getting any response back.
I changed the port 3 to 4 times, what can be the problem??

It could be lots of things - the nc.exe binary you are using might not be suitable for the remote machine, you might be issuing the command incorrectly, you might be hitting a firewall, your upload might have failed to upload the binary correctly etc.
Can u suggest something ?
how to fix it or any other way to do the same.
Unfortunately I’ve got no idea. It depends on what the problem is - you may need to troubleshoot each step.
when I run netcat and try to listen within the same local machine it works but when to try to listen to a port rather than the local machine it doesn’t respond.
What can be the problem?
It’s been 2 days and it’s not getting any better.
Depends on what port you’re using

I was using 4444 and I checked no other process was using that port.
Yea that’s odd. I’m assuming from what you wrote that you’re on Buff?
Can I share my code here so u can have a look, what I am doing wrong!!

yes - but it might be better as a private message.
