Are you 100% sure about this? You can tunnel ports which dont have a service listening on the other end, it just means nothing answers requests.
Nevermind, I was tired and a moron at the same time… it said Remote port forwarding refused and thought it was because of the process spawning like crazy, but I did not realize that I was already occupying the port on my machine…
anyway, rooted with port forwarding
