I think it’s got big enough that they dont have the resources to do that anymore and its almost total reliance on the JIRA tickets to resolve problems. ISTR this was why the help category went away.
Quite a few people have issues with the dynamic hashes, so I do think it is important that HTB staff are made aware of the issues (with tickets if they need stats), so they can drive some improvement. I dont think they will ever go back to the non-dynamic approach.
