I am unaware of any connection to points on the main labs. I believe the rastalab has its own entirely enclosed ecosystem. All points flags and trophies are subject to rastalabs itself. However, there do seem to be 4 badges you earn for completing rastalabs on your main HTB profile, one per 25% completion of the domain.
