On the site, since you don’t know the decryption key, is there an option that might help you just randomly try to guess the right decryption key?
Once you see readable text in English and can read every word, you’ll know you have the right decryption key. Per the challenge hint: " Find the plaintext, the key is your flag! "
Hopefully that’s not too much but enough to help you get started.
This is more than enough info to solve this challenge, and probably 80% of the rest of the crypto challenges. The only one’s I’ve seen that can’t be solved with JCrypTool alone are the two high-point ones, Ebola and … Infinite Descent. As far as I remember.
