Not sure why you would actually want blast them all at once.
As far as at least checking, nmap can do that for you with:
–script smb-vuln-ms17-010
masscan 0.0.0.0/0 -p445 This will scan the whole internet.
Let it scan for 2 hours and dump the whole IP’s into a single file then proceed to make a script that auto-loads the ms17 module and runs it against the listed targets

Well, go on the underground forums of Tor and grab the version of WannaCry. It automates the module of ms14 and works out as a “wanna be botnet”
