Everything is hackable, just have to look hard enough
That being said I have never seen a CVE for a car so you would probably have to find your own 0 days

Unless you have access to the proprietary OS’s from the car manufacturers that isn’t gonna be possible. Researchers who hack cars typically go buy the car and then work directly on it.

Yeah - like @LMAY75 says this is very unlikely. If you find a car OS as a VM though please try to share it.

Start reading about CAN Bus and what you can see on the wires. Also this handbook is a good starting point.
