I know what kind of cipher it is, but how do i find the passphrase? If i just try bruteforcing it then ill have to go through thousands of examples, and the challenge is only 10 points. any help?
I’m pretty sure for this one I used https://www.dcode.fr/. If you find the appropriate decoder on there, you can work it out from there. You don’t know the key, but there are ways on there to try to guess at what the key is. Try a few different options and see if any of the outputs make any sort of sense (they won’t be exact english unless you know the exact key, but they might be close enough for you to figure it out).
