I have been encountering this error in my early stage and was felt frustrated.

If you can ping the machine and still this error coming means that there is a problem in your VPN connection.

The thing which worked for me is to change the VPN server to some other and try again. It will work for sure. Good luck.

thanks, something super simple but at first it didn’t work for me to know what happened. Really if I get very frustrated.
