Dont install a library as root, go download this and to download this, go and install that something which may or may not exist then pray to god and stand on a mountain for 20 years on 1 leg with both hands joined above your head. Thats how weird installing wpscan is. So i would like to install anything else as a wp vulnerability scanner for all time’s sake. I dont know why people still try to promote ruby for anything at all. Isnt Python the best scrpting language out there?
