I just had the OSCP exam and I passed !
You need one computer where you should share your webcam. The exam should be taken from that same computer where your webcam is running and screen sharing is enabled by the proctor.
A seperate laptop/computer is not allowed for webcam sharing.
I received my result, 6 business days, proud to say I am passed , Hack the Box helps me a lot. When I reached the Pro-hacker level, I decided to give a shot. It's the tough exam testing your patience. Apart from TRY Harder!!, TRY Smarter!! as well, very important
OffSec proctor folks are very friendly, nothing to worry ab> @MarsG said:

OffSec Proctored folks are very friendly, nothing to worry, just make sure you are sharing your all the screen and take permission from them when you take a break.

Then they actually changed that because I legit emailed them asking about just in case and they said no problem lol
So you had the screen sharing on your main workstation, but webcam from a separate laptop ? I'm going through the docs as my exam is coming up soon, and in their screenshots they show that you login online and through a Chrome web browser both the screensharing and webcam are activated.
I'm extremely anxious about this because i have my exam schedule in 10days and i have just discovered all those requirements.
I'm on ArchLinux and don't have a webcam on my workstation (only on laptop), and getting a webcam in short time with the quarantine can be tricky + the risk i have troubles getting it to work on my distro. Going to install Chrome and the add-ons now....
No, the webcam and screen-sharing must be done from the same machine as they are integrated into the same software and each student is limited to one concurrent session. Please launch the proctoring application on your host machine and not inside your Virtual Machine.

Going for my first (and hopefully last) try to pass the exam today. As they reworked their exams this year. Any tips you guys can give? Thank you.
